Terms & Conditions

General information

General information

These terms govern the use of Didak’s Climbing's website and purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you accept the terms outlined below. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with the version published at the time of purchase being applicable.

Products and availability

All displayed products are subject to availability. While we strive to keep our catalog updated, there may be variations in stock or design modifications. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue products without prior notice.

Colors may vary slightly from the product photos displayed.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT for orders destined within the European Union. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before payment confirmation.

Intra-Community VAT

Customers within the European Union, with a tax domicile outside Spain, who are registered as intra-community operators and possess a valid VAT number, may be exempt from VAT payment according to current tax regulations (Directive 2006/112/EC).

For the exemption to apply:

  • The VAT number must be valid and verifiable through the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System).
  • The customer must correctly enter their intra-community VAT number during the purchase process or notify it before invoicing.
  • The shipment must be made outside Spain but within the European Union.

Once the number is verified, an invoice without VAT will be generated according to the intra-community operations regime.

Important: If the number is invalid or not correctly provided at the time of purchase, the invoice will include Spanish VAT and cannot be modified afterward.

Warranty

Our products are covered by the legal warranty established according to current regulations:

  • For individual customers (consumers): the warranty is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. This regulation covers manufacturing defects and product conformity.
  • For companies and professionals: the warranty is applied according to the Spanish Commercial Code and Civil Code, covering only manufacturing defects, excluding the coverage typical of sales to end consumers.

Damages resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect installation of the product are excluded from the warranty.

Shipping & returns

Shipping & delivery

We ship nationally and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, order volume, and product availability. Once the package is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or local taxes that may apply in their country upon receipt of the product.

Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or a shipping error occurred.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 calendar days using the original payment method.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, with original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

If the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering, Didak’s Climbing reserves the right to deny the refund or apply a partial deduction based on the level of wear, in accordance with Article 108.2 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

Duties and customs fees

For orders shipped outside the European Union, international customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties, import taxes, and local charges. Didak’s Climbing is not liable for these additional costs.

Order Receipt and Claims

We recommend checking the condition of the package immediately upon receipt. If any damage or defect is found, please contact us within 24 hours. After 24 hours from delivery, we will not be able to take responsibility for any issues related to the order.

How to report an issue:

Send an email to store@didaks.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect
  • A short description of the issue

We’ll process the exchange or refund as soon as we verify the claim. If the return is necessary, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
